SBCCF to Host Grow South Brown Match Day

South Brown County, KS, June 22 – The South Brown County Community Foundation will be hosting their first annual Match Day(s) to benefit the South Brown County community from July 12th through 15th, 2022. All donations (minimum $25) will be eligible for a 50% match from the $22,500 in available match money. Each organization is eligible for a maximum match of up to $1,000. There are 19 organizations participating in this year’s event. What a great way to support and care for our friends and neighbors within the South Brown community!

The event will begin on Tuesday, July 12th, 2022, and will have options for in-person or online participation. We will kick off the start of the match day event at a booth in the foyer of the Blue Building right after the fair’s parade. Or join us at the Blue Building during fair hours on July 13th and 14th to make a donation and learn more about the foundation.

Check donations will also be accepted through July 15th. All donations made by check must be postmarked by 7/15 and sent to the South Brown County Community Foundation at P.O. Box 224, Horton, KS 66439. Check donations must be accompanied by a completed donation form found at www.GrowSouthBrown.com. 

An online option is also available for those who cannot make it to the event due to various reasons. The Grow South Brown Match Day donor portal will go live at midnight on July 12th and will be open until 11:59 pm on July 15th at www.GrowSouthBrown.com.
